PATENT REFORM IS BACK IN THE NEWS!

The Patent Reform Act of 2011 was recently introduced by Senator Leahy and was joined by eight co-sponsors.  Some of the more important and/or controversial topics discussed in the bill include First-Inventor-to-File, Damages, Third-Party Patent Challenges, False Patent Marking and Best Mode Requirement.
